i decided to go riding just before sunset, the weather was very friendly.
i took my ipod and listened to coldplay all the way, it blocks aways all the reckless comments that ppl make which just puts me off and spoils my mood.
i rode around my favorite roads and started concentrating on my breaths, i met joggers and a cycler a couple walking there dog and others with there 2 twin babies, everyone seemed to be happy and peacful today, it was a day not to be missed :)
